Annex 2

 

The ChemVerbotsV regulates secondly the requirements which are to be maintained in connection with the handing over of particular hazardous substances and mixtures.

2. These substances and mixtures as well as the related requirements in respect of the handing over of them are to be found in          Annex 2 of the ChemVerbotsV.
       
   Here it must be kept in mind that it must truly be a matter of a handing over process in accordance with §8 Absatz 4                         ChemVerbotsV.
       
   Substances and mixtures coming under Annex 2 may not be acquired by self-service (self-service prohibition) but must be               handed over to the acquirer personally with maintenance of the requirements detailed below.
